Hello,
In the book all buffers and thresholds are with respect to forex
1. 200 pips price distance from Tenkansen
2. 300 pips price distance from KijunSen
3. 40 pips entry buffer.

What should these values be for Emini ?

Hello,

What timeframe?

It also various on the brokerage because the ES charts may vary from broker to broker since one brokerage ends a contract at different date/times compared to another brokerage.

Look at the past and you will be able to determine the buffers.

Hello,

The stop has to be a buffer off the Kijun Sen.

YOu can look back at price history to determine the buffer or you can take a percentage of ATR for a buffer.
