This is my current view of the SPX futures chart.

Futures are different to the actual index.

Numbers vary between charting packages and even more so with futures.

A video.

Hello,

Is the spx or the S&P futures which are usually denoted with @ES (@=continuous contract)?

I am surprised you are seeing different values because the exchange dedicates the hours, etc.  You may get a tick that is a borderline condition but usually doesn't affect it that much.

I have tradestation and compare it to the exchange and CME and my charts are the same.

I guess I mean Market Maker futures v actual index v actual futures.

Regardless the charts are at similar positions. A few points eachway is allowed on these time frames.

Surprised at the lack of comments. Is it not important?

Here's an current monthly view of the main indicies. Looking for quick trades to end the year,
eg the close of the candle and where the new candle might start.
